About Us
AMC Management Consulting is the trading name of Allan Cole, an experienced management consultant with a track record of successfully assisting organisations to improve their processes and implement change using his analytical, statistical and business modelling skills. He works with stakeholders ensuring the proposals meet their needs, are implemented successfully transferring knowledge to in house staff.
He was a senior consultant with one of the big five accountancy based consultancies gaining experience in the public and private sectors. He has worked in central government, leading a team of analysts providing business and financial modelling, benefits measurement and statistical analysis aimed at improving service delivery and policy development, including supporting policy development in Reward and Compensation.
He has been an independent consultant since 2002 providing business modelling and benefits realisation with a special interest in Reward and Compensation. He is a member of Jigsaw Consultants, a network of independent management consultants who enhence their services by combining resources.
